Tamaara's Poem

 Days and days pass,

but this covid-19 does not,

will it go?

or will rule over us yet more?

We have to take precautions,

or covid will feast upon your dead bones,

wear masks and face shields when going out,

keep social distancing with others,

wash hands and use sanitizers,

we have to win this battle,

or else we shall all die in pain.

Will covid-19 rule over us much more?

or shall WE rule over it and destroy it's souls core?

but oh!

what a terrible mistake I made!

it does not have a soul,

for it is not kind,

it does not even know how to love!

but beware!

I warn you,

it knows how to destroy,

It has destroyed so many of us humans!

Beware of this virus,

naughtily lurking around the world!

Ready to kill,

always ready to kill,

so beware!
